One of the challenges is homes arbitrarily trying to create their own assessments and all of the work that is needed behind that resource challenges. As far as staffing, I don't think that we really screened for delirium. I think we did on like day seven with Ryan, MD S, but I think it could be more timely. So with the implementation of the delirium screen, I think we're we're screening 100% of our residents. Which is great on admission, you know, screened within 24 hours and we're able to put that care plan or those interventions in place a lot quicker. I'm having the ability to look at diagnosis and medications right in the same screen. Not having to have three screens open. That alone saves time. Whether it's done is it reduces duplication to see the trends on that acuity dashboard and be able to isolate those resins that are changing. I think that'll allow us to. Really start to identify that earlier and have interventions put in place earlier. Not only is it a benefiting the resident, you have that novice nurse learned from within the assessment. So with RNA O end point click care and sector leaders, whether you're private home or your municipality or government run having a working group to develop the actual guideline into a pathway for each. That particular pathway, bringing experts in from that particular field, you know, that holistic approach and resident centered based on best practice, but it's also tried to see the value at the home level and the resident level for, for the the, the not only the staff, but the residents that we serve. If you love long term care and you've been in the sector a long time, I think this is something that will. Speak to your heart.
